Simple, straight-forward process
- Arrange an accompanied viewing with one of our team
- Fill out an expression of interest form if you wish to proceed
- Pay a small holding deposit (no more than one week’s rent) to secure the property while your credit/reference check is being processed
- Arrange a mutually convenient move-in date between you and your Landlord
- Sign your tenancy agreement and collect your keys!
We always ask for the first month’s rent and a security deposit prior to moving in. All rent payments are to be paid via standing order.
